Completion requirements • A live website and a working Chrome extension. • The extension has a prominent Stumble or Discover action that sends the user to a random approved site. • Users can submit websites. • Users can upvote and downvote websites. • Users can report unsafe, spam or inappropriate sites. • An admin moderation queue supports approve, reject, hide and remove. • Sites crossing a defined downvote or report threshold are automatically hidden pending review. • Duplicate submissions are detected or prevented. • At least 250 approved, working websites are seeded. • The Chrome extension is accepted and publicly listed in the Chrome Web Store. • Core project is open source.

Rules • No malware, phishing, illegal content or intentionally dangerous destinations. • Adult destinations are excluded from the initial directory. • No SEO spam or obvious content farms. • Do not copy StumbleUpon trademarks, logos, code or proprietary assets. • We may randomly sample the directory and reject completion if seeded sites are low quality, duplicated or unsafe. • Chrome Web Store acceptance is mandatory, not just submission for review.

A submission only qualifies if every mandatory requirement is met. Evidence must be independently reviewable: a screenshot alone is not enough where a live URL, public transaction, source repository, original file or private verification can reasonably be supplied. We may ask for more evidence where authenticity is unclear. Fraudulent evidence, impersonation, unsafe conduct or manufactured activity invalidates the submission.
