Make an easy kit for challenging wrong entries on the FCC broadband map

The FCC National Broadband Map decides where billions in broadband funding go, and it can say you have service you don’t. Of 3.7 million fixed availability challenges filed, providers conceded 2.2 million. The challenge process works, but it’s clunky. Build a guided kit that helps a household gather evidence and file a solid challenge.
