Freelancers and small businesses lose hours (and money) politely reminding clients to pay. There should be a free tool that does the chasing for them, so they can get on with the work.

A solution must include

  1. Publicly accessible at a URL, free to use
  2. Users can add an invoice with client name, client email, amount and due date
  3. Sends automatic, editable reminder emails before and after the due date
  4. Users can mark an invoice as paid, which stops its reminders
  5. Shows every invoice’s status: upcoming, overdue or paid

How it’s verified: Live URL; A short screen recording showing an invoice being added, a reminder being sent and the invoice marked paid.

The first solution that meets every criterion wins. No end date: open until solved.

Money is held in 75-day rounds. If a round ends without a winner, everyone who added money gets their bounty money back on their card. A bounty under $50 is refunded instead of paid out.
