Exported CSVs arrive with broken dates, mixed delimiters, stray spaces and duplicate rows. Cleaning them by hand wastes hours every week for people who aren’t data engineers.

A solution must include

  1. Publicly accessible at a URL, free to use
  2. Fixes mixed delimiters, inconsistent date formats, extra whitespace, duplicate rows and broken encoding
  3. Shows a before-and-after preview before downloading
  4. Files are processed in the browser, or deleted straight after processing
  5. Source code is public under an open-source licence

How it’s verified: Live URL; Public repository; A messy sample file and its cleaned output.
