Design a cookie banner under 5KB where Reject is as easy as Accept

The ICO reviewed the UK’s 200 most visited websites, contacted 134 of them about their cookie banners, then moved on to the top 1,000. The rule is simple: saying no must be as easy as saying yes. Most free banners are bloated or quietly nudge you to accept, so design and ship an open-source one that is honest by default.
