A solution must include

  1. Publicly accessible at a URL, free to use
  2. Users enter a salary and see their estimated income tax and National Insurance
  3. Breaks that amount down across public spending areas
  4. Uses official UK public spending data, with every source linked
  5. Shows which tax year the figures are for
  6. Works on a phone as well as a computer
