Track which states keep medical debt off your credit report

The federal rule removing medical bills from credit reports was struck down by a court in 2025, so protection now depends on your state. About fifteen states have their own bans, a few add conditions, and a draft federal rule could override them. Build a tracker that tells people what applies where they live, and keeps it current.
