A solution must include

  1. A public video, free to watch, on YouTube or similar
  2. Covers interest, deposits, loan-to-value, repayment vs interest-only, overpayments and the total cost of borrowing
  3. Includes at least one worked example with real numbers
  4. Under 20 minutes long
  5. No product promotion or affiliate links
