Design a one-page flowchart for “I got a parking ticket, what now?”

Private parking firms asked the DVLA for 7.2 million keeper records in six months, putting them on course for a record 14.5 million tickets a year. Many people can’t tell a council Penalty Charge Notice from a private Parking Charge Notice, and paying usually ends your right to appeal. Design the printable flowchart everyone needs on the fridge.
