Publish free calendar feeds of school term dates for every UK council

Every council publishes term dates differently: some as ICS, some as XML, many as PDFs, and academies can set their own. Parents with kids in different areas, or anyone booking a holiday, end up checking ten websites. Collect them all into open calendar feeds you can subscribe to.

A solution must include

  1. Covers at least 150 UK local authorities
  2. One subscribable ICS feed per authority plus a combined JSON dataset
  3. Every authority links to its official source page
  4. Current and next academic year included
  5. Update process or scraper documented in a public repo

How it’s verified: Public repo; Live feed URLs tested in Google Calendar and Apple Calendar; Ten councils spot-checked against official pages.
