Find a genuinely useful service that exists in another country but strangely not in the UK

Some countries have obviously good services the UK somehow never got. Finding them is part research, part treasure hunt, and the best answers are basically business ideas waiting to happen.

A solution must include

  1. Names a specific, currently operating service in another country, with a link
  2. Explains what problem it solves and who uses it
  3. Shows evidence that no equivalent is widely available in the UK (what was searched, and what the closest alternatives lack)
  4. Explains why it would be useful in the UK
